STYLE v TRENDS
I encourage people to understand their own style rather than follow trends per se. If you ensure that every investment you make conforms with your own personal style, you don't need to follow trends. If an object is beautiful today, it should be that way forever.
BOLD BOTANICS FLOURISH
There's an underlying aesthetic of eclectic chic through the use of prints, bold botanical florals and dramatically vibrant graphic shapes.
SIMPLICITY & PURITY
I have moved towards paring back what is superfluous, making good design more accessible, designing for functionality not pretension and minimising environmental impact.
INDIVIDUALITY COMES TO THE FORE IN DESIGN
There is a shift away from one particular look for a room or a house. We are all looking for individuality hence the importance of designing bespoke furniture, furnishings and fabrics.
