After our initial call I will visit your home or arrange a video call for 1 hour. Design Concept
This is a detailed document that will provide you with everything you need to cary out a decorative project, providing you with the visual and links to buy. We will meet on site (or on video call!) to define clear objectives that reflect your vision for the project, your budget and we will discuss your design ideas. I begin my design with a comprehensive understanding of your needs, preferences, and constraints before developing a concept that not only meets the functional requirements of your space but also resonates with your aesthetic sensibilities and lifestyle. Utilising tools like mood boards and floor plans, I’ll visualise and refine the concept, incorporating elements such as colour schemes, furniture selections, material finishes, lighting design, and decorative accents. I scour various suppliers, showrooms, and online platforms to find pieces that fit your style and budget. Throughout the process, clear communication and collaboration with you will be maintained to ensure that your vision is accurately translated into a cohesive and compelling design concept that exceeds your expectations!
Execution
This follows the delivery of the Design Concept. I will execute the design in your home; sourcing, shopping, ordering items. Once selections are made, the process moves to organising builders and contractors, if renovations or structural changes are required. This entails coordinating schedules and overseeing the construction phase to ensure it aligns with the design plan. Finally, installation of furniture and décor elements takes place, where meticulous attention is paid to placement, arrangement, and finishing touches to create a cohesive and visually stunning space that reflects your personality and meets your functional needs, ultimately delivering a new refreshing look into your home that reflects you!
